Andrzej Niedziółka ANSOFT ("we", "us", or "our") is a marketing automation and data integration service provider. We build and operate automated workflows that retrieve lead data from a source platform on behalf of our business clients, and deliver that data to client-controlled storage systems.
In this context we act as a data processor — we handle personal data solely on the instructions of our clients, who are the data controllers responsible for how that data is ultimately used. This policy describes our processing activities, the safeguards we apply, and how data subjects may exercise their rights.
In the course of providing our services, we process personal data that individuals have submitted to our clients via lead capture forms. This data is provided to us by the source platform and typically includes:
We do not independently collect data from individuals, run our own advertising campaigns, or enrich the data beyond what is provided by the API. We do not process sensitive categories of personal data.
We process lead data for a single operational purpose: to transfer it from the source platform into the storage system designated by our client. This is a pure logistics function — we do not analyse, profile, or make decisions based on the data, and we do not retain it beyond what is technically necessary to complete the transfer.
Our legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract with our business client, who has in turn obtained consent from the individuals submitting the lead form at the point of submission on the source platform.
Data passes through our automated workflow infrastructure transiently and is written directly to the client's designated storage system. We do not maintain a separate database or long-term copy of lead records. Workflow logs that may temporarily contain personal data are retained for no longer than 30 days and are accessible only to authorised personnel.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including access controls and encrypted connections between all services involved in the transfer.
To deliver our service we rely on sub-processors that provide the source platform, the destination storage system, and the workflow automation infrastructure. Each provider handles data under its own privacy and security commitments.
We do not sell, share, or disclose lead data to any party other than the client who instructed us to retrieve it. We may disclose data if required by applicable law or a valid legal order.
Individuals whose data has been collected via a lead capture form may have rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.
Because we act as a processor rather than a controller, the primary point of contact for exercising these rights is the business that collected the lead data. However, if you are unable to reach them or wish to contact us directly, we will forward your request to the relevant client and confirm deletion from any systems we control within 30 days.
Please include the name and email address submitted in the original form so we can locate the relevant record.
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. Material updates will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. We encourage clients and interested parties to review this page periodically.
